This HAAS VF-3 cnc milling center features a 2-speed gear head for maximum torque at low rpm and a fourth axis trunion for versatility. All of CAD’s cnc equipment is purchased new with tool and part probing upgrades to shorten setup times and increase efficiency. These extras combined with precision engineering give us a competitive edge when quoting cnc machine parts in small quantities.
Our HAAS SL-10 cnc lathe features a 4000rpm spindle with constant surface speed capabilities. This is our smallest CNC turning center but its speed and precision are unmatched. Complicated procedures like rotary broaching, internal threading, and knurling are preformed in seconds with the push of a button.

The first side is turned and faced holding a .0002 tolerance. The part is then transferred to a HAAS-VF3 Vertical Milling Center where the teeth are milled and chamfered and a serial number is engraved. The total run time start to finish is just over five minutes.
